The verandah, central courtyard, and back garden reorganised. The design aims to transport visitors to the urban tropics, reminiscent of a tranquil tropical oasis known as Tropikana.
Respectfully honoring the existing architectural elements, the design integrates locally commonly sourced materials like rattan, cane, mortar blocks, and bricks, augmenting the charm and allure of the original structure.

Enhancements to the space include the insertion of a new dipping pool in the backyard, offering a serene oasis within the estate. Alongside this, a generously sized LED screen serves as a versatile multimedia platform for hosting various events, enriching the experience within the historic grounds. Furthermore, the garden is ingeniously repurposed as an inviting outdoor dining area, providing an idyllic setting for patrons to savor their meals amidst the captivating ambiance.
