Lumens Drivers Centre
The Lumens Drivers Centre capitalises on the cross ventilation of the existing building, creating a naturally ventilated multifunctional lounge and car zone, while enhancing its industrial locale with a glowing tiered black facade.

Set within a former bus depot, the Lumens Drivers Centre serves as a hub for drivers, offering services such as car rental, servicing, washing, and other support amenities.
An industrial metal bridge connects the existing office building with the former bus workshop block, providing a vantage point overlooking the central courtyard. This naturally ventilated space serves as the main reception area, lounge and car workshop, with additional multipurpose spaces and training areas located towards the rear.

The extensive use of architectural detailing in black metal and grey concrete creates a grungy industrial workshop atmosphere, juxtaposed with lush greens and timber outdoor furniture, thereby establishing a space of familiarity and comfort.
